Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all taxi services provided by Swiss Taxi Aarau.

2. Booking & Registration

Bookings can be made through:

• By phone at 079 901 55 55
• Via WhatsApp
• Via contact form on our website

All bookings must be made at least 15 minutes before the desired pickup time. Immediate bookings are possible subject to availability.

3. Prices & Payment Methods

• City Rate: CHF 5.00 / km (minimum CHF 10.00)
• Airport Transfer: From CHF 80.00 / trip (20% discount for advance booking)
• Courier Service: From CHF 25.00 / trip
• Waiting Time: CHF 60.00 / hour
• Payment Methods: Cash, debit card, credit card, invoice (business customers)

4. Cancellation & Withdrawal Terms

• Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before trip start
• Cancellation within 30 minutes: 50% of estimated trip fare
• No-show without cancellation: 100% of estimated trip fare

5. Trips & Safety

The passenger agrees to:

• Comply with traffic regulations
• Treat the vehicle respectfully
• Not book trips while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• No smoking in the vehicle
• Follow the driver's instructions

6. Delays & Waiting Time

If the vehicle arrives late, you may cancel without charge. Waiting times of 5 minutes or more are charged at CHF 1.00 / minute.

7. Liability & Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured. Swiss Taxi Aarau is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays caused by traffic congestion or accidents
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Lost Items

Lost items are kept for 30 days. Afterwards they are turned over to the police. Contact us at 079 901 55 55 or info@swisstaxi-aarau.ch.

9. Data Protection

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect after publication on our website.
